Quality management as part of the prevention of healthcare associated urinary tract infection

CĂl: CĂlem vĂ˝zkumu bylo zjistit, zda v nemocnicĂch zavedeno ĹĂzenĂ rizik, vÄetnÄ sledovĂĄnĂ indikĂĄtorĹŻ kvality souvislosti s problematikou prevence infekcĂ moÄovĂ˝ch cest spojenĂ˝ch katetrizacĂ moÄovĂŠho mÄchĂ˝Ĺe. SledovĂĄnĂ vĂ˝sledkĹŻ a procesnĂch jsou jedny z mnoha krokĹŻ, kterĂŠ by mÄly bĂ˝t podniknuty ke zvyĹĄovĂĄnĂ bezpeÄnosti pĂŠÄe o pacienty. Metodika: Tento kvantitativnĂ vĂ˝zkum byl provĂĄdÄn formou dotaznĂkovĂŠho ĹĄetĹenĂ. VĂ˝sledky: MonitorovĂĄnĂ ukazatelĹŻ nebo zaznamenĂĄvĂĄnĂ poÄtu pĹĂpadĹŻ katĂŠtrovĂŠ infekce provĂĄdÄny ve 33,3 % nemocnic poÄet katĂŠtrovĂ˝ch dnĹŻ eviduje pouze Ätvrtina nemocnic. ProkĂĄzali jsme takĂŠ statisticky vĂ˝znamnou souvislost mezi výťe uvedenĂ˝m zvyĹĄovĂĄnĂm kvalifikace oblasti sprĂĄvnĂ˝ch postupĹŻ katetrizace, pacienta moÄovĂ˝m katĂŠtrem moĹžnostech katetrizaÄnĂch (p < 0,001; χ2 = 18,473). ZĂĄvÄr: ĹĂzenĂ identifikace rizik je zĂĄleĹžitostĂ managementu poskytovatele zdravotnĂ pĂŠÄe, odpovÄdnostĂ kompetentnĂch zdravotnĂkĹŻ poskytovat pĂŠÄi dle schvĂĄlenĂ˝ch postupĹŻ.
